    First off, I just want to say that these are absolutely NOT “true to size”!!!! I wear a med/lg and have most of my life, never had to wear xl or above unless its juniors sizes. With this I had to return and re-try FOUR times to get the right size and 4xl was the right size. - That said, this is the BEST waist trainer Ive ever had! It’s extremely comfortable and breathable, and I can really tell a difference from week to week as I work out using it!

    I bought this just in hopes that it would help me fit into my uniform better after gaining some weight during this crazy quarantine! What I’ve found after wearing it for a month is that my back feels stronger and I am less achy after wearing it. I see my waist getting smaller and I feel like my posture is better. It’s very comfortable and a great quality item.

    Height 5’2” weight 160Lbs bust 36C hips 40in waist 32inchesAccording to the size chart I’m a XL. My waist is 32in. When I suck my stomach in I’m 29inches. So I bought a Medium. The medium was too big for me. I was able to attach to the last loops. Im going to give the Medium away and Order a size small. I’ll update y’all when I get it. Hope to help someone decide.

    I usually wear an Xl or size 16 and weigh 232lbs. Purchased the 3x and it was perfect. A bit of a struggle to wear but it nipped in my waist and gave my boobs a lift. Will update with a picture soon
