I’m 128 5”7 athletic build but I have a slight pudge especially when eating. I ordered a small, my waist is 27 inches. Been wearing it for a week and my stomach is flat already. I will continue to use. I also work out, ab workouts and weight training. Good luck to everyone!

Fits the size right but after you wear it too long it kinda hurts, so just leave it on for the day and take it off at night or the other way around.

I am 236 pounds I got a 2x with usually fit with other waist trainers I wish I got a 3x the 2x was soooo had to get on and off so if you add are around my size and have a lil belly get 3x . But other then that I loveeeeeee it i has it under my dress it really showed my curves I got soo many compliments about how good I look

Wow! This waist trainer is so comfortable! I barely got it today and I love it already.When I sit up, I can feel my posture improve greatly. It makes me want to sit up straight and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable to do. It has good back support.I’m 5’2, I weigh 124 pounds. I got a size medium. I’m already on the second notch just starting today. I’ll most likely buy a size small next week! I plan on wearing this every day and exercising.It’s worth the money!

I got a medium and I wear a size 8 pants and I could barely get the thing latched and zipped. Customer service was very nice and got me a replacement right away! They seem to care a lot about their customer’s satisfaction. Great company!!

If you are short (I’m 5’3.5), I definitely recommend this over the regular sized waist trainers.It fits very well and compared to the regular length waist trainer, this doesn’t cut into my boobs since it’s a shorter fit.I bought a small size since I’m a 27inch waist and i can barely get it on myself.Hopefully after a couple months, my waist with get to 26-25inches
