  This is a really nice waist trainer. It’s much easier to put on than the waist trainers that have a million little hooks that you have to do up. This waist trainer has 4 sets of two hooks each that you hook up, and then you just zip the waist trainer up. As long as you buy the correct size, this waist trainer will work perfectly and it’s easier than trying to do up 16 or more little hooks! It’s made of a durable latex material so it’s very tight fitting, which is the whole point of a waist trainer. It does have a really pretty satin looking lining, so it’s a nice little feminine touch. Because of the material, I don’t recommend putting in the washer or dryer. It should be washed by hand and allowed to dry overnight. They dry relatively quickly but you can always use a fan or blow dryer to speed up the process if you’re in a rush. Overall, this is a great waist trainer, and it’s a lot easier to put on than some of the other waist trainers I’ve gotten. It’s made of good quality material so it should last for a long time.   I am an American sz 8/10 and I ordered the XL size since it's made in china. It fit as expected and I wear it often to support my back and hold my waist in under dresses. The only drawback to ordering Chinese size garments, is that now all of the adds I get are for plus size American clothing, which is way too big, since I'm a Medium here.

  I have an 8 inch torso it's short so this corset is so comfy. I bought the longer ones before and it bugged me when I did crunches or situps. This one is great for exercise. It already fits me all the way so in 2 months I'm getting the xs. I have bought 3 of these. My first was the regular length and in small but I regret that I returned it for a medium and after I wasn't bloated it was very loose. Anyways two months later I got a small and it fit closed all the way but kind of tight. I just started to fit in the small this past month like so good it became loose. Now today I got xsmall and it doesn't close all the way because I just ate but I swear I love these corsets to workout. I wish they made an xxsmall. And no im not skinny I'm 130 pounds. And my waist is fairly small from using steel boned corsets not these but these help to loose belly fat.

  This is kind of different from other waist trainers that I have, but I really like it. The four hooks that are inside of the zipper, which I know sounds weird, but it's a lot easier to put on the most waist trainers. The hooks are easy to get to, and you don't have the ribbon in the back that you have to adjust every time. The zipper is definitely easy to pull up, and the material is the atypical natural latex on the outside, but the inside is 96% cotton and 4% spandex. So it doesn't aggravate your skin, and surprisingly super comfortable for being a waist trainer. You have to make sure that you pay attention to the size chart, and even if you feel like you need to order up, don't. These are 100% true to size, the salad was really quick at answering the questions that I had about it because I'm always super nervous about getting the wrong size. I would recommend this, especially if you're trying to go for 8 hour glass figure, this is not super thick and it's not so constructed in that you can't move. It's great for under your clothing.   There is a lot of companies out there that will tell you that they have the greatest waist trainer belt, and then you get it and its not anything like what you thought it was going to be, this one isn't like that at all. This one is 100% the real deal. If you are trying to train your waist to get a hourglass figure, this one is the one that you really need to have. It has the four reinforced acrylic bones throughout the waist trainer, but even more than that, it has the mesh packing so that you are not getting any ventilation. You're going to sweat but it's not as bad with this. This has the double adjustment velcro, it's going to wrap around you exactly the way that you want it to. Just remember that if you do start getting heartburn, you have it too tight. Loosen it up a little bit. This is absolutely something that you should wear when you are working out, when you can you were able to get rid of excess weight and help you take care of your waist exactly where you want to be. This is seriously a heavy duty waist trainer, and you're not going to go wrong buying this. And as a bonus, it's cheaper, but it's still better made than any other waist trainer belt I have!
