  I liked it, it works perfect. Acutally,all my friends noticed that my waist is smaller than before, just after one month . I took 2 inch smaller than my original size for example my waist is 34 I order 30 or 29. I recommended this corset with Colombian cream. you should exercise and drink alot of water with lemon slices. i have been used this since last January up to now, and i used to wearing this when I wake up until the night. It kills my abtite . I think i can't live without it.''

  There is a lot of companies out there that will tell you that they have the greatest waist trainer belt, and then you get it and its not anything like what you thought it was going to be, this one isn't like that at all. This one is 100% the real deal. If you are trying to train your waist to get a hourglass figure, this one is the one that you really need to have. It has the four reinforced acrylic bones throughout the waist trainer, but even more than that, it has the mesh packing so that you are not getting any ventilation. You're going to sweat but it's not as bad with this. This has the double adjustment velcro, it's going to wrap around you exactly the way that you want it to. Just remember that if you do start getting heartburn, you have it too tight. Loosen it up a little bit. This is absolutely something that you should wear when you are working out, when you can you were able to get rid of excess weight and help you take care of your waist exactly where you want to be. This is seriously a heavy duty waist trainer, and you're not going to go wrong buying this. And as a bonus, it's cheaper, but it's still better made than any other waist trainer belt I have!   Unfortunately when I ordered this my correct size was not offered so I ordered one size up. It's not tight enough to be worn for any sort of waist training but it's fine for a fashion corset--This would be an excellent waist cincher had I ordered my correct size. The material is strong and thick and it has the same rubberized outer layer as another similar Camellias cincher I got in my size (which I love.) This model is a little different than others I have used. You wrap it around and hook four sets of hook & eye closures in the front, similar to bra straps. Once you are properly cinched in you zip up the front. The first time I zipped it I had a little trouble but then I got the hang of it. You must hold the zipper down with your fingers until it's seated well and aligned and then zip it up, similar to a jacket but since it's tight you have to be a little more careful. Note: I posted photos of it over my clothes. Since I ordered too large a size and it is not tight enough on me to really cinch much I didn't show a photo under my clothes. If I exchange this for a smaller size I will update with new photos. UPDATE: I decided to try two sizes down, my waist still falls within the measurements. It fits great and really cinches in my waist! I have a 28 waist and I ordered a medium (new size) and XL (the size that was too large.) I would have also liked the Large, this one fits pretty tight but I like it. I posted three new photos with the smaller size. I received this product free for honest review.

  I literally just got my waist trainer and I LOVE IT ! it fits snug just as I expected it to & how it should fit . it definitely helps with posture and it gives your boobs a nice little lift while wearing it . I got an XL and that's generally my shirt size . if I had gotten a size Large I definitely wouldn't been able to fit into it . defently go by your waist size & not your bust because I'm a 38 around my chest and that would've been a 6X . This is such a good quality waist trainer ! I will be purchasing my next one from here again once this one gets too big . Love that it has 3 rows of hooks & is steel boned . This was worth the buy and was less than $20 I highly recommend this seller !

  I am 5'4, 115lbs with a 25 waist. The XS fit perfect, but I returned because it was not right for my long torso. Overall high quality, and I would recommend to those with a shorter torso.

  solid construction. won't roll up because the plastic sticks inserts. Wish there is a petit size, because the medium size runs a bit too long on a 5'2 body.

  I previously owned the Anny Cherry cincher until 3 metal clasps strangely fell off. After wearing for an hour I feel this one fits much better for my petite frame (5'1, 103-109 lbs.). Also, it's designed for a smaller torso and doesn't rub/cut under my breast.

  First let me start off by saying, fast shipping. Just the absolute best. Secondly I am a 3xl and I order a 6xl, it sucks my waist in and gave me a flattering figure. I love it and the material it's made from. The only thing is, I'm tall and have a long torso, so I would recommend buying two or looking for one that's for long torso women.
