Love this waist trainer its breathable, comfortable and doesn't roll up. I first ordered a size extra large in the skin breathable latex and had to return since it was too small. I reordered a size 3 X-Large since the comments said to size down and i'm 5'2 weight 175 pounds with a 39 inch waist. I was able to clip it on the second hook and I will be ordering a smaller size once I'm on the third hook.

i’m 200 lbs & 5’3. the XL 25 steel bones model fit perfect. i don’t find it uncomfortable to move around in. i will be wearing this all day. can’t wait to see the results in the next few weeks 🤩

This trainer was actually a better quality than what i thought it would be. It's very durable and comfortable. I t was awesome until one of my steel bones started popping out the seam. I got my wear out of it tho so im really pleased.

It is so much of what I expected. Under 5 days I lost 1 inch to my waist. I am normally a 27-inch waist person, but ever since i started it has helped with my back pain and me sitting upright and sucks my tummy in well... I wished they made smaller sizes. I got the smallest one available. TO ALL MY SKINNY LADIES OUT THERE SHAPED LIKE A BROOMSTICK, THIS GIVES YOU THAT CURVE. 😂❤️😊
