Received my waist trainer today pretty comfortable after wearing it for a few hours. It was hard getting it hooked but I like that the length is long enough to cover my torso and flattens out my FOPA. I originally was going to order the 2x but after reading more reviews I'm glad I went back and got the 3x instead. I'm 5 ft 3in, 188 lbs, waist 37 .

OMG! I love this waist trainer so far. After, several days of reading the reviews, I finally decided to buy this item. Well, let me tell you something. It works. I am 5'4 and 162 lbs 6 months after my 3rd child. My belly area measurement is 37 inches. Based on other reviewers, I got the medium, I could have gone with the large as suggested. Anyway, it took breaking a few sweats and my husband to clip it on. But, once on, it was fine. I am still breathing. I will update more comments with pictures before.

I really love this waist trainer, I have gotten a different waist trainer from another website and it will leave painful marks on my stomach (it seems like small burns). So I will leave it on for a few hours and then remove it. This one is perfect! I left it on the entire day 🙂no marks no burns! I even order two more as a gift for my daughter and god daughter and they love theirs as well!

I love this waist trainer because its comfortable and you are able to wear it for many hours! Unlike other waist trainers, this one doesnt feel like its the wires are stabbing your abdominal area or rib bone. Took me forver to find a good one, i tried it from my friend first and decided to buy mine and im so glad i did! you wont find another one this comfy for such a ghreat price! also im able to to workout with it comfortably!I got a size medium, my pant size ranges from brands but usually size 5 and 27 some brands like express jeans im a 2.Also Ive worn it like 3 times already and im already at the second hoook. but i workout 5 times a week and got a body massage that makes you loose weight. I feel i should of gone a small but a medium will fit for now. Fit as expected.read all the reviews, I ordered a medium and am 5' 2 . 150 lbs. It is a bit long for a small torso like me but still works and fits perfectly.on week 2 and on the second ring.wear atleast 8 hrs a day and have seen a difference.also good to wear at nite if you are a binge night eater. Makes you think twice about having a snack at nite.hope this review is helpful as others were for me!

I weight 180, I am 5’3. I measured my waist and went off the size chart. I love this waist trainer. I have lower back pain and this thing helps so much, instant pain relief. When my back hurts I put it on. I do my house chores with this thing on. Also, I run with it that way I have a straight posture when running.Cons:I have a long torso so it won’t give me full coverage but that’s ok.I recently started wearing a spaghetti strap shirt under the waist trainer because I was running too much and I gave myself some kind of “rug burn” it’s ok I fixed the problem. I wear it to work as well and it keeps me sitting straight.Just buy it you will not regret it! Get a measuring tape and look at the chart.

MY Measurements are 38×34×40. I ordered for a 4 reduction fits perfect 👌. Comfortable sturdy will update in a few months about longevity. But for now I love it.

So I ordered this and I was a little nervous as it is my first waist trainer, but I received it today and tried it on and I haven’t taken it off yet. I love what it does to my waist and it instantly straightened my posture and too a lot of pressure off my spine. I ordered a small, I’m a size 03 and it fits fantastic! The hem edges are wired for added flounce. The most poofy of the Grace Karin petticoats. I am a costume designer for an entertainment company and I buy these petticoats instead of sewing my own for costumes.
