I’m so in love with this waist trainer!! The first one I bought was an extra small and that one was super comfy. It took me about a month to move on to the next size which is amazing. so now Im down to the XS and I guess since it is tighter it’s been a bit uncomfortable underneath my breast area but other than that I love it!! I have noticed a difference!!! Totally recommend it if your trying to waist train

I was skeptical about waist training in general but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! This is literally my favorite waist trainer that I buy from Amazon, and I always recommend to people. with proper diet and exercise, Your waist line will definitely slim down. Trust and believe it will take time, but it’s definitely worth the wait. People are always charging $100 for a good waste trainer, i’m so happy I found this along time ago. I went from a size 3X to a large, you can do it and yes they work!

Exactly as described. I got the XS because I wanted a very tight fit. (I'm 5'-120lbs for size reference) It starts getting a bit uncomfortable after a few hours but that is to be expected.Overall happy with this purchase and recommend it for short torso ladies.

I’m 5ft 4in, 214lbs and I’m a mother of 3 and I got the XL. I read most of the reviews and based my decision on that. This was my very first time buying waist trainer ever. The only thing is it doesn’t come long enough in the front to cover my pouch. And it pushes down on my butt so I try to pull it up in the back. It might just be my body type. I have a donkey butt 🤣 so naturally my butt sits pretty high. But overall it sucks you in and this is my third day and I’m able to use the second row of hooks. I’m very satisfied with this product. If you are thinking of getting one stop🛑 thinking and just buy it I love it!
