I had order two waist trainers one for my mom and one for me. I Got my mom an xxl and me a small. Not knowing they runs small Both was too small for us but it turns out I can wear my moms xxl waist trainer.Always buy one size bigger.

My waist is 32 and Im 5’2 about 140. I thought the waist trainer didn’t fit but it helped to put it on laying down.My mom did have to help me get into mines but, after that it fitted perfectly. I did realize that it is for people for longer torsos so it does give a little discomfort when sitting down along the top. But if you wear a tank top underneath it should help.

THis is the first waist trainer I have been able to get on and be comfortable in. My waist it a size 30 inches, so I got the Medium. You have to read it where it says the waist shaper is that size in inches- NOT YOUR waist that size in inches. Otherwise, it wont be tight it'll just fit you regularly. The clasps weren't too bad to close. I like that there arent too many, just 4 bands. The zipper is STRONG. Let me tell you. I had to lay on my back- stuff my fat with one hand and zip with the other. I started like a can of biscuits now im as smooth as a coca cola bottle, lol. I actually have a waist and hope that with training I can keep the waist when not wearing the trainer.

This is a very very comfortable waist trainer it's long which is perfect for me...unlike those super short waist trainers that leave you falling out of the top or bottom..bulging out.. fits my body shape very well.. sturdy..well made love it very good purchase...very pleased

It fits exactly how I want it, make sure you measure yourself and see the size guide. I got a large and my waist measures 31 inches. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks on and off and I’m at the second clip already! I see results and I highly recommend

At first I thought it was to small. I got a medium. I am 5’1-170ish pounds. It took awhile to get it on at first but after getting it on it was comfortable. I worked out in it twice so far. Does not ride up and not uncomfortable. I have had it about a week now wore it for several hours a day. I would recommend

If you are debating buying this. Buy it! I’m currently 6 weeks postpartum( baby number 2) I bought an XL (fit tight) and received it on May 10. My waist went from 43 inches to 34 I just now (April 13th) Fit a medium (tight). I have experience with waist Trainers and this one I would say is a “comfortable” one. I can wear it all day with no problem. The zipper is also undetectable as long as you’re not wearing thin material. The price for this waist trainer is amazing considering most good sturdy trainers cost around $60-$80. Keep in mind (due to corona) I haven’t stepped foot in the gym. And my diet is not great either. Which exercise and a good diet are recommended for maximum results. My point being is if you are consistent this trainer will bring you results. Only downside is the zipper is exposed to the skin so be cautious while zipping and unzipping. I recommend wearing an under shirt and removing it Afterwards if you prefer.

If you wear a large GET A MEDIUM trust me it will suck you in. Extremely uncomfortable the first time nut there after you will have given it enough stretch to make it tolerable.Also corrects posture if you slouch.Only downfall is the fat that hangs above the back

I followed the sizing chart to a T and the size was too small. I just want to exchange but I have no way of reaching the seller or getting a bigger size. I love the feel of it, it feels sturdy and like it won’t slip or fold as your day goes on wearing it. but i’m bummed that I can’t wear it ☹️

I have NEVER had a waist trainer that felt this comfortable. It doesn’t cut into your skin , it isn’t unbearable. It is a waist trainer so it doesn’t feel “good” but it is definitely comfortable . It isn’t bulky and doesn’t roll down I am sooooooo impressed ! I literally called my mom and sister to show them. The latex material is AMAZING. 5 stars for me, I’m so excited to be able to wear it under my regular clothing and not just work out clothes. I will say that getting it zipped was a bit of a task but as I shrink I’m sure it’ll be easier .
