I would advise to really go by your measurements! I purchased a medium first but it didn’t fit me at all lol... so I ordered an x-large and it’s perfect... still kept the medium because I will need it eventually! The waist trainer is soooo well made and helps with my back issues! This is a must buy!

Okay so I only use this maybe once or twice a week for a few hours while I go on a walk or do a at home workout. I definitely notice a difference in my curves. I've been doing this off and on for a few weeks and I have been able to make it one size smaller already.

It helped me sweat ! I never sweat! I can run 3 miles and not sweat a drop ... but the game has changed lolI worked out in it.
