    I am 5’4 176lbs and had a 35” waist and the XL was perfect to start with! I’m on the second day and on the second row of hooks already! It’s a little tricky to latch if you are not experienced with waist trainers but was not too difficult. I will be ordering a large soon!

    Purchased for my 16 yr old daughter. She loved it. It really helped her get in control of herself. It did eventually get stretched out but it helped her when she needed it and now she works out and no longer needs the waist trimmer.

    Definitely consider the size chart, I'm normally a Med... bought one, it was more like xxs, 2nd one was Large..I can get in it with help but I should've gotten the XL..Love the way it pulls everything also while improving my posture sitting & standing...Luv luv luv this item!

    This is my third purchase and they’re great. I started at an xl and am now in a medium... the 25bone steel is no joke so just be prepared for it. But it works and it does not ride up...

    I need to size up. I went through a weight gain & I’ve ordered previously for my friend during her wedding and it fits her perfectly. I ordered another one in hopes that it would do the same for me but it was too small. I gifted it to another friend of mine. I really wish I had reached out to customer service but this is a really great product. Sizing can be tricky and I really want to give this another try!

    If you are like me, wanting to actually look for your waist, THIS is your best solution. The quality of this waist trainer is impeccable. I’ve used it for about a few months now and I’ve seen a drastic change in my waist line.I am a size US medium in tops and shirts, but I ordered a small because you should get a size down otherwise you may not see much improvement.
