    Im 5’5” and weigh about 170-180 (most weight in my belly) and I got a large. I was able to put it on by myself but I did struggle a bit(YOU WILL struggle the first few times until you get used to it). I love it. It fits just right. After a while however, I can feel the little rumples on the inside sinking into my skin. Uncomfortable but its to be expected. You should get it.

    I really love this next level of waist trainer. It definitely works as long as you are consistent and eat right for an extra boost. It enhanced my hour glass shape. I wear this for a full eight hours a day, take it off for four-five hours and put it on when I go to the gym at night.

    I was reluctant to buy a petticoat, thinking it would cause my skirt to “barrel” out too much. Well, i was wrong...the petticoat really finishes off the look of the dress. It smooths out any unwanted mid-section “rolls” & gives the dress just the perfect amount of flare. I wouldn’t go without a petticoat now!

    Just got this waist trainer today. At first I was scared that I wouldn't fit it. Suvkef by tummy in a little and took my time hooking it up. Wearing it on in the first row of hooks which is what I wanted so that I can use it for awhile. One day I will hit that third row.     Ok i am not new to wearing fajas.. I have bought a few fajas before, and let me just say this one is the best hands down!! The material is amazing feeling, it feels and is great quality! It’s comfortable to wear, I am snuggled in all the right places, plus Even gives my boobs a little lift that they need lolI am definitely thinking on purchasing another one , maybe a little size smaller to downsize too! I love that I can even wear with leggings and it doesn’t leave the pantie mark!
