Love it! Although I thought I had purchased one with the zipper. Regardless it was a good buy. Only one tiny issue, the length of the thong. (I found myself adjusting it beyond the hook and eyes that is on the garment.) Minor, but made a huge difference in the fit for me. Overall, it fits smooth under everything!

I’m 5’3 with a 32” waist. I took the leap and bought a large though an XL was recommended by the size charts. Putting it on the first day was more difficult because of the extra inches but now two weeks later I’m ordering a Medium because the large is too small. This item works like magic. I wear it to sleep so I won’t be uncomfortable throughout the day. I love it. Highly recommend to anyone trying to lose a few inches

I used the measuring chart they provided and it said to get the size large. According to some videos online, if you can fit your whole arm down the front, it's time to size down. So I exchanged the large for a medium and even on the second column of hooks, I can still fit my arm down the front. It is still quite snug though so I think I will keep this size just to get used to the compression and get in the habit of wearing it everyday. My waist measures 1 smaller on the second column of the size medium so I'm still going to see progress.I wear a size G bra and a small t shirt and the size medium of this waist trainer is still a bit big so my suggestion is to go by your t shirt size even if you have big boobies, I think that will get you in the ballpark better than the sizing chart. As far as construction goes, I like it. It feels sturdy. I just got it so I don't know how it'll hold up over time. It is comfortable to wear. Wear a tank top underneath, that'll make it more comfortable too.

When it first came I was an little scared but I went down an size to have that extra fit and to have everything tighten. And trust me when I tell you this, ..... when I finally got It on the first row I was looking like ⌛️ I was surprise it was actually breathable and very comfortable !!! Im 5’ 4” , 165lbs , I ordered the large black breathable one. When it came, I tried it on with the tag on, with a tank top underneath, I put it around my body and it didn’t even come close to looking like it could even fit. But just to try, I could barely hook the bottom part, I thought I got it too small. I kept trying and it was really tough doing the rest but once I got it all hooked, it felt okay, right but not too tight, I was able to breathe normal, move around normal. Sitting at first was a little uncomfortable but it’s still new it probably still needs to be broken in. It definitely helps your posture! It does as it says, Gives hourglass figure when using(if you’re a bit more chubby it’s not a definite hour glass figure but it will definitely control your stomach and give you a slimmer look), and helps you sweat more during workout. When using the product, some of my back fat pushes out on the top. Since I only wear it at home I’m not too worried about it. I use with a tank top underneath most of the time but it’s still comfortable without a tank top. Some people complain saying they broke out in rashes and burns but I didn’t, maybe they were allergic to the latex. I did wash product before actually using and wearing for 4hours. First time wearing for 4hours, I Took it off and I did have some red lines on my body like some of the pictures of people who said they had a rash but for me it didn’t hurt nor was itchy, I think I got those lines only because it’s tight but not too tight. After awhile I checked my stomach and back again and the lines were gone. Day 2, it was actually a tiny bit easier to latch but still a challenge, sitting has gotten a bit better and driving with it on is comfortable. Overall I say good product, I’m a satisfied customer.

I loveeeee!!! This waste trainer omg!!! I am 5’4 in a half and my current weight is 181 my busy is a 38DD waist is a 30 and my hips are about a 43. I ordered a size large and i can fit the trainer only on the first hooks as of right now . I have a longgg torso my torso is about 12.5 inches so if you have a short torso I’m not sure if this waist trainer is for you . I love the fit , I’m not sure if the trainer is actually steel bones they might be plastic but it’s really comfortable I’m wearing it now and I will be wearing it to bed and to work and possibly the gym lol

To start I’m 5’9 approx 175lbs. My waist measurements are as followed: My waist 29.5 inchTorso length about 9-9.2inchJust to note I got these measurements for a short torso for another brand Luxx Curves. However their products were overpriced and their return/exchange policy just sucked. For a first time buyer/user for waist cinching products I wanted to be sure this was a great investment. At least here on Amazon I wld be able to exchange (which I did) if it didn’t fit right.I bought this primarily to regulate my posture that was causing me to have back pain with the added perk of cutting a few inches off my waist. I initially purchased a large buy was able to hook the third row comfortably off the bat. Now you should be comfortable don’t get me wrong! But if you’re looking to size down you should comfortably be able to hook each set of rows as time passes. I’ve worn it for the past three days for like 10hrs or more at a time and I can breath, eat ect and still feel very comfortable. For those that got a reaction from it, it’s made of latex so you may or may not react to it. However it wasn’t made to be directly worn on the skin. I wear mines over a basic tank to avoid the hard latex rubbing on my skin and getting all sweaty and gross.So my waist isn’t very big to begin with so as far as results go my back discomfort was nowhere in sight each day! My posture is improved drastically as it keeps me upright but still flexible enough to move around and do stuff. I think it’s an awesome product and company!
