Comfortable enough for everyday use. I went by the measurements listed and it fit just right. It's still going strong two years later. Machine wash. Gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Wish it came in a best.

My breasts are a bit big for the size I purchased to wear a sports bra with it although I can wear it as a highly supportive sports bra and it provides support for the tummy and chest while creating a sauna effect and helping you get a great sweat on! I wear it for all my workouts now. Will order more in other colors very soon!

I love this! I have read some reviews and became discouraged. Something told me to order anyway and I’m happy i did. First off, i am 346 pounds. Yes you read that right. I’m 5’7, and My stomach is my main problem. If this can fit me, you’re gonna be fine. I’m wearing a 5xl, i wear a 24w in pants if that helps more.

This is my second one from this company and I love these waist trainers. Over the summer I bought a medium never having worn one before. Let me say this .... I dove into this thing with a open and positive mind if it worked then great we can go from there. When I first got it I was a 29 waist and now have shrunk down to a 25 When I first tried it on it took me 10 min of laying down and sucking in to get it hooked. I slowly eased into how long I wore it by the end of the week I was able to wear it all day then it just became easier and easier. I also used a hot cellulite Muscle cream to help shrink it more. By the end of the summer around August it was to big for me and had to downsize to a small. I have already worked my way to the last row in the small and ready for xs . Iam able to wear mine for 11 to 12 hrs everyday. If u are patient open minded and consistent I say give it a try. I have added before photos and my current photo of what these amazing waist trainers can do if u can be patient and determined.

Perfect! Hard to get a medium on but that's my bad. I have a belly so I should have known to order a large (size 9-11 in jeans) It definitely surprised me though, after getting it on and wearing it for just an hour it totally shaped my body, crazy how it actually works.

Nice and tight in all the right areas. Material stretches just enough and the waist trainer doesn’t slide up or down while I’m wearing it during the day at work. I’m hoping it helps shape my body back to how it used to be pre-pregnancy and weight. I’m at the biggest size on the clips and looking forward to going smaller and smaller in time.
