i love this waist trainer!! i have 2 xs. my first one is a little losser but i like to wear it. i wear it to work out and it give awesome support. i Just purchased another one and i'm only one the second row. because it's new it's tighter. i love it. i hand wash them and lay them out to dry. i wear mine for 8 hrs yes ! but it really helps my posture. i sit all day and this is a big part of my life. a must have

Good quality. I was unsure because I have ordered quite a few trying to find a good fit. I would recommend this one for sure. The value is great as well. Would recommend hand wash only.

Excellent! Have bought multiple sizes depending how tight I want the feel. I am wearing it almost every day. Easy to use the restroom with the small hooks bring easy to undo and re-hook.

I absolutely love this trainer. As soon as I put it on people ask me if I've lost weight. I wear almost everyday and I live in the Caribbean and wear suits. It's is not visibile under most clothing unless you wear something thin, unlined or close fitted. I do have some upper back fat that comes over the top of the back but once I put a wide band bra over it, it flattens it out a bit.I would love however to have this trainer in a short torso option as my only problem is that the top of the trainer pushes under my breasts which feels sore after a while. But on a whole I am very happy. It lays flats and nicely curves in my waist under my clothes. I can move with it yet I feel sucked in. It doesn't feel hot or heavy. Be careful with the zip as yes it can pinch but not a big concern. Im 5 7 165 lbs with 34 inch waist and the L fits me nicely and snug but I most wear this to shape out my clothing and feel tight in the waist. I dont expect it to reduce the size of my waist but I will see if it does.

I needed an XL based off of the size chart. I listened to reviewers say go up a size if you’re heavier chested. I’m a 36DDD so I ordered a XXL at first. (Blue pants) I had too much room in it so I sent it back and ordered the XL that same day. I’m so glad I did. It was a much better fit (black shorts). This thing has me sweating bullets in the gym! I don’t even have to wear a sports bra. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, and honestly I could size down to a L next time because the XL is getting looser. I’ll definitely be ordering more colors soon!
