Mido 5.6 peso 140 la ordene talla S y me ajusta bien me da esa compresion en el abdomen especialment en el vientre bajo definitivament ordenare una talla mas grande porque apesar de que me comprime muy bien en las caderas me apreta mucho y se me salen unos gorditos que no se ven bien! Solament eso es lo unico pero pide una talla mas grande para k no aprete mucho en las caderas porque en el abdomen tiene una compresion maravillosa me encanta amo esta faja la mejor! Update! Me compre un talla L porque la otra me apretaba de las caderas pero me di cuenta que la talla L no tiene la misma compresion que la talla S incluso cuando toco la tela es muy diferente la talla L es mucho mas delgada la talla S es muy gruesa y la buena compresion! Creo que me quedarw xon esas porque la talla M no se si me ira a quedar mejor

Seem very good quality. Good back support and tummy tuck just want to stay in it all day. So comfortable and keep you sitting upright. Firm hold on the tummy for sure. Love the zipper as well.

I have a really short torso. I am 5 ft even 145 lbs. I’ve bought a waist cinched before and it dig into my hips and breast. I love this one because it was the exact length I needed. I ordered a medium. It was kind of hard to latch it but once I got it on I low key forgot it was there. There no discomfort at all. I really love it. I have been wearing it for 8hrs a day since I received it

I love it! At first I freaked when I put it on and had back boobs, but I didn't have it quite high enough. Once adjusted, it's perfect. I love the fabric. It's a nice tight fit, very secure, even slept in it a few times. Im 5'6 144 pounds and the torso is a tiny tinch short but not too terribly. I wish it came XS. Im 27.5 in the waist trying to get to 24-25 as my goal. As far as fit notes, make sure it's not too small. It should not fold or pucker when you sit. Under clothes it is awesome

This sweat vest is perfect and definitely helped bring on the sweat during my workout. FYI - Make sure you consider your breast size when it comes to ordering. I am tall and plus size, but I do not have large breasts. The bottom of this vest has a good stretch across your mid-section, the problem is the top portion. If you're top heavy, you will need to have room for your breast in order for this to zip up. I bought a 4X and it fit just right. It was not too loose and it was not too tight. I wanted to write a review for those of you who might be experiencing the same thing. I have pretty severe diastasis recti from my last pregnancy. (For those of you who are unaware - my ab muscles never came back together and therefore my guts are kinda just hanging out there, held in only by a thin layer of fascia and my skin.) I have to have surgery to correct this, but am working on losing the rest of the baby weight first. This corset it AMAZING. My diastasis is worst above my belly button, so I look perpetually pregnant. Things like Spanx work well to smooth out loose skin, but they do nothing to suck my insides back in and give me a flat appearance. This thing does the trick! And even more important than appearance, it makes me feel supported - like I have a functional core again. I feel like I can pick my kids up without pain. I love the zipper and the fact I don't have a gazillion hooks. It looks very nice under clothes. It helps my posture. This was worth every penny and I will be purchasing a smaller size as my weight loss journey continues. I originally bought the large after measuring, but it was way too small. Since my waist is actually biggest where it is supposed to be the smallest, the extra large fits nicely. My waist varies about 5-6 throughout the day, depending on what I've eaten and drank. For reference I'm 180 lbs, 6'0'' and when I wake up in the morning my waist is about a 35 , but by the end of the day it measures closer to 40 .

Wow! This really works— the small fit me well, the only thing I didn’t like was I felt like my “back fat” was squeezing out from the top. But other than that it really did squeeze everything in!
