I love this waist trainer, it's comfortable enough because it doesn't make me feel like my eyeballs are going to pop out. Lol The extra strap gives you that little extra hour glass. I didn't buy this for working out. You couldnt wear tight clothing because of that extra strap, but regardless I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought a small and medium because I was unsure of what size to get. Both fit the same on my stomache, the medium was just longer in the torso. I’m 5’4”, 135lbs with a short torso, I went with the small. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all all night.

Grace Karin is the best for petticoats! These are dancers quality for a great price. We run a summer theater camp and their workmanship holds up year after year. The smooth stretchy top is not only comfortable but is flattering. Suggest not to “size up or down” which may affect the desired “look”.

I'm very impressed by this. It far exceeds my expectations. I have been wearing custom made corsets for the last 10 years. They cost several hundred dollars, and still gap at the bottom, so I don't see that as being a huge issue like some have complained about this one. My custom had a fastener that broke off and I didn't want to put out that kind of money right now so I thought I'd try this. YES it CAN be used for tight lacing/ waist training. How long it will last I don't know. Obviously the material isn't as strong as a custom, but it's better than any other one I've purchased online. For the price even if it only lasts a few months it is well worth it.

After reading the comments i decided to go with 2xl and I am glad I did. Fits snug, not too tight or loose, very comfortable and adjustable,does what it said it would. Im 187 pounds, 5ft5inches and a half, My boobs are not small but they are not too too big. if you have very big boobs i would suggest going up a size because the bust area fits close
