    This has three different hook levels to adjust and then an Extra velcro binding. It looks flat under my shirt and is tall enough to not have my muffin sticking out on the bottom. I wore it for an hour and was drenched.

    If you follow the sizing chart they have, it will fit correctly. I used this while working out and it definitely made me sweat more. It also seemed to help my posture. I felt so much taller wearing it since it was supporting my back. I purchased the one with the zipper. There are still some small hooks you can use to hook it before zipping. That makes it so much easier to zip.
