I searched for a waist trainer for so long that would fit my exact needs, and I finally found it!!! It’s definitely true to size so if your looking to drop some inches I would go one size down than your regular size, otherwise if you just want a waist trainer to work out in get your regular size. It’s comfortable and the material is soft, yet it really does make you sweat like it says it will and most importantly WILL NOT ROLL UP.( small disclaimer, this is not a waist trainer to do floor exercises with all stand up or cardio workouts, comfortable enough To just wear in the house while doing chores as well). I will definitely be buying another in a smaller size very soon!

I FINALLY ordered this after stalking the reviews. So first of all, my specs are 5’5 246 I ordered the 4X and could have easily went down a size. What I love about this trainer is, it’s not short.. the length is long enough that your stomach is not poking out the bottom. It has not rolled up, and I have not experienced any issues with the zipper. I will update after a month of continuous use. OH and you WILL sweat sis!

Came in good package and in well condition. The quality is excellent. Value the money, trust me. No smell like some other waist trainers that I used to buy before. The only thing you have to pay attention to is the size. Remember to follow seller’s sizing chart because this trainer is not in US size. Otherwise, it’s perfect. Recommend

I bought this because I wanted back support and posture help. It might help with loosing weight too. I did find myself sitting straight and it was amazing how much it supported my back. I have bulging disks and found major relief. I don't think it was designed for this but I love it. I plan on wearing it several hrs a day to help me out. I have a 31 inch waist and a small was great.

After having 2 babies, I am desperate to get back in shape. This waist trainer is true to size, make sure you follow the size chart. I got the zipper one, and you have to make sure you hook it before you zip it up. I use it when I am on the treadmill. The fabric is comfortable and it is definitely doing the job. I can't wait to see the results.

I bought this to put under a Halloween costume. I went a size up because as a plus size 22/24 buying things online always run a bit small but you don’t have to go a size up. This is true to size. It isn’t too much bigger so I will keep it. Definitely going to start wearing them under my skater dresses!

It is steel-boned. I stuck a magnet on it and walked around, it didn't fall off. I'm also between sizes and I sized down. So happy I did, it fits perfectly. I could put it on and cinch it up without a problem. Use the size chart and pick based on that.
