Ladies, you all need to be honest with yourselves and stop buying a medium when your an xl then complaining about the fit. I am am 5’5 180 and wear a size 12 /large. I ordered an xl because everyone was saying to size up. I was able to pull this up without undoing the hooks or zipper. I was pissed, Granted I wanted this to fit very tight not like a Walmart spanx. If you know your a large order a large and you should be happy. All in all I love this garment, wore it under a dress to an all day festival and was comfortable, I never felt like it was pinching or riding up or down. I bought the black one with shorts.

I’m 5’6 135lbs wear a size 8 and wear a medium. I went with the medium and it fits perfect. I did the thong version. This thing is a pain to get on AND off but it’s worth it. It holds everything in. I’m using it for post surgery compression garment in place of a binder and it’s working perfectly. It’s so tight that when I eat I feel like I can’t breathe (this is because I get very bloated post tummy tuck). I will order another so that I can alternate between washings. Also, on hot days it’s not breathable. I like that the straps are removable also it helps with my back rolls. I would recommend this to anyone that can handle having patience to get it on and off. It’s tight but that’s what you need to hold it all in. You want it to be tight.

I’m 5’2 and weigh 134. I original bought a small. Btw kudos if you can fit a small! I on the other hand returned that bad boy for medium! Fits perfect. Bought to sweat more (lose water weight) around my midsection during my runs. If I can lose some inches then even better, but I don’t expect this to be the magic solution alone. Overall, good quality product.

This fits so good! The size is right on and for someone who isn't short, but has a short torso it's amazing!!! I'm 5'5 and have a 10 inch torso so this fit the bill for the medium at 29 inch waist. I am already on the second row but I would have never fit into a small at this point. Well made from what I can see so far and fits me like it was made for me. Love the boning. I even work out in it.

This is my favorite waist trainer now. My waist is 37 and I’m 5’11. I got it in Large and I’m on the first button/hook. It’s long enough too. I plan to wear it for 8 hours a day until I reach my goal with exercise and waist training.

I’ve been waist training off and on for 12 years, and this is by far the best waist trainer I’ve had thus far. I’m short at 5’2”, so other waist trainers would cut into my skin at the bottom and top. I no longer have this problem with this short torso waist trainer. I wish I could size down to an XXS, since I’m on the last eye-hooks of the x-small. For size comparison, I’m 5’2” and 129 pounds.

I weigh 280 lbs and 5’4. I usually wear a 20 in pants and a 16 or 18 xl or xxl in tops. I bought a 5x. I probably should have gotten a 3x or 4x. The body is fine because you can put it as tight as you need. The top is big. My bust is a 40DDD. It’s loose under the arms but I’ll wear my bra and it should be fine.
