This is way more comfortable than a traditional boned corset.I absolutely love how slimming it is,It is able to be to Seen under one layer but I usually wear 2 shirts so it's perfect.

A****.

I’ve been waist training off and on for 12 years, and this is by far the best waist trainer I’ve had thus far. I’m short at 5’2”, so other waist trainers would cut into my skin at the bottom and top. I no longer have this problem with this short torso waist trainer. I could have sized down to the XS, since I’m on the last eye-hooks of the small. For size comparison, I’m 5’2” and 129 pounds.

I ordered a XXL And broke the zipper taking it off. Lol! But when it was on, it sucked everything in so good. Also, the thing is kinda uncomfortable so I ordered another one without the thong.

It helps my posture. I bought one in black and one in tan. The black one had a strong rubber smell. I wash them in a bag, put softener and the smell went away.

This waist trainer fit perfectly. I like how adjustable it is to make it even a little more snug. After an hour of wearing I had a generous sweat going on.

I love this!!! Put this on on top of Albolene and saran wrap. The sweat is going to come full force. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to keep from dehydrating. I actually feel more confident in the gym bc its holding my stomach and a great cover up. Dual purpose
