I wear an 8/10 in clothing so I ordered a 2X according to their size chart but it did not fit snug as its supposed to so I ordered a 1X and it’s perfect. I wear it for at least 4 hours a day. It’s only been a week and I notice a difference already. You don’t have to spend $100+ on this product just because the IG models do for the name brand. This $23 trainer does exactly what I need it to do

I'm 5'5, I weigh 168 lbs and my waist at time of purchase was 35 inches. I bought a large after reading the reviews. I wore this trainer everyday except during workouts. I have lost 3 inches off my waist. It is now a 32. I will be ordering a medium very soon. I have worn it under clothing, but since my hips are still wider, it shows under certain outfits

I love how it makes you sweat! I use it during my workouts i can notice a difference. I ordered a 2xl to fit my chest area but i think i could go down a size. Its comfortable i just dont like how it rolls up over my backside. Otherwise it's great

I am 5 foot and 140 pounds but I carry most of my weight in my legs. The medium was snug on the loosest hooks at first but by the end of the day, I was on the last hook. I purchased the small instead and wear it on the loosest hook. It looks great on. I bought it to wear under dresses to flatten my stomach. It does the job.

I bought this pack to go with my GK dresses, but actually use it under a whole range of dresses. Even cheap $5 ones look great with it. The white one is a little poofier than the black one, but both look great. If you've ever wanted to try petticoats, or just think your dresses look a little flat, definitely consider buying one.

Oh my!! This is the best waist trainer ever!!! I am a 29 in the waist and I purchased a Medium. I was able to hook in the second row. I am 5’2” 124lbs. Hope this helps.

Have no fear ladies we purchased this for my wife. She was self conscious about it at first. Let me assure you all tho not only does this work, but it also looks amazing on her too!!! She did say they run a little little small but not uncomfortably so.

Works great!! I would prefer without the belt for sleekness but overall does the job! I’m 5’8” 140lbs and got a small. I think either small or medium would have worked. I use it for the gym so it’s helpful
