Excellent quality but I should have ordered the XL. I’m 5’4”, 176 lbs and using a measuring tape my waist measured 37” without the trainer on. I was able to get the trainer on with the help of my husband but I have back and side fat bulging out of the top. I can wear it around my house but I wouldn’t want to go out with it because of the bulging. I’m planning to order another a size up and use it. I’m keeping this one for when I drop some weight.

I'm around 150 lbs and bought a medium. When i first got it, a few weeks ago, I had it on the first hooks but recently started putting it on the second set of hooks. It smooths you out for tighter fitting clothes and can be worn for long periods of times. I also noticed that it makes you eat less, which is a plus. If you're thinking about buying this, definitely do it!!

It took me about 2 weeks to make a decision on this product but damn! It's awesome. Its comfortable and seamless. Doesn't show under my clothes, its actually good quality. I love the fit. Guys this is a good one, I'm looking forward to ordering a small once I get that waist snatched!

I like the way this waist trainer fit. I got a size large I am a size 12. I am 5”0 169.l I wear it 8hrs a day during work hours. It help my posture, lift my breast and it very smooth uder clothing. I hate the way it smell. It smell like rubber bands. Other than that I’m pleased

I have purchased several YIANNA waist trainers (beige, black, long torso, short torso, with bones and without bones). I prefer the style with the 25 bones. This waist trainer is amazing and for me very comfortable as well! I have lower back issues and wearing this makes me feel supported and secure. I am 5'8 180.lbs (mom of three) and I wear size L. The first one I purchased was size XL but I felt like it didn't give me enough tummy control. I've always had what some consider a small waist however, wearing certain dresses I feel I need to have a nice hour glass shape. Not to mention this thing feels awesome when my lower back starts to act my age :)

I do6nt normally write too many reviews but this one was worth updating. This is the best waist trainer I have ever had. It is firm yet comfortable. I'm every curvy so I didn't fasten the last 2 hooks to give room for my hips. But if you are looking for a quality trainer, get this one. I'm 5'9 180lbs. I got a medium. I had a tummy tuck so medium works. But if I didnt have that I would have needed a large.

Bought an XL and I wear a size 12/14 in jeans. It was a little tight at first but after using it a few times it was perfect. I even went down a loop after wearing for 1.5 weeks 3 hours a day. Durable, makes you sweat but the metal wire does hurt your back a bit if sitting for a prolonged period.
