I am so excited to train my waist with this! It is high quality and very durable. I bought a size large and I am a size 15. I just got it today and it is very snug and comfortable but it took me 10 mins to get closed.

I’m 160, 5.4 ft. And do not have a flat stomach. I initially purchased in medium but found it hard to breath so changed it for a large. This is the best made shareware I’ve ever had, I’ve had many! If you looking at this product, just buy it! Won’t regret, just consider going one size up, only if you think your stomach is on the bigger side

I am a size 10/12 and ordered an XL based on reviews. it was a slight struggle getting it on which was to be expected for a good cincher. However, once it was on it felt surprisingly comfortable, which is kind of amazing! Tried it on under a very fitted dress and it looked really good and could barely tell I have it on.I’m happy about this cincher because usually to have a good visual effect (smaller waist) I am quite uncomfortable and relatively unhappy wearing one. This one did not do that to me. Granted, I only walked around in it for an hour to see but it’s very promising, compared to the many others I’ve tried and ultimately, discarded. Also great that it didn’t really show up under the clothes despite having a zipper! Didn't realize it came in black too! Gotta get that one.

I have a busy schedule and I sit down in an office all day so I sleep with it at night (even though they say don't lol but I can't wear mine during the day) I bought this product May 10 a size Medium. This has 3 hook settings. Today is May 25 and I just noticed that I'm on the last hook on my corset. In 2 weeks I shrunk that much. I have been wearing this 4-5 times a week 8 -10 hrs. The first two days I went easy to break it in and get used to it. I was a 28 waist and now I am 25. I wished that I took a picture of the before and after but I honestly didn't think that it would work lol but to my surprise it did. I also have been doing cardio 3-4 times a week with a sweat belt not corset, drinking apple cider vinegar before bed (my mix was 1 T. ACV, 1 cup of water, and about 1/2 cup of Bai Flavored water to make it taste better) I cut down on carbs, I eat 2 decent size meals a day, and I don't eat after 6pm. If I get hungry or crave food because I'm watching TV lol, I eat Kelloggs Special K cereal with Unsweetened Almond Milk. I wanted to write a review so woman knew that this does work and you can sleep with it on. The first night was weird but now I feel naked without it on before going to bed. Plus for those women who are in relationships it's a bonus for your man at night ;) lol.... but I would definitely give this product a try if you figure out ways to also eat healthier, not as much, and excercise 4-5 times a week. All you need is 45-1hr or speed walking or jogging, dancing whatever floats thor boat. I am now buying a small and will write a second review with before and after pics. I hope this helps you ladies out!!!

Measure yourself, it fits great, yes it's a little snug to get on because of the hips and stuff, but once you have it on, it's comfy. I'm 5'3 and it covers my whole stomach area, the straps are stronger then others that I have tried, I've bought so many shape wears that I can't even count , and this one is hands down the best
