I bought 2X, waist 41in @189lbs, 5’4. I am very pleased with product after ordering multiple ones. Nurse so constantly moving n i didn’t have to shift nor did it roll down. It is tight but doable with first row. One thing I’ve seen on YouTube is to wear tank top then trainer over tank top to get better results. Will keep you informed when I get to the 2nd knotch

So I wore this for a couple of hours the other day and it nice and tight material did not stretch out like some do I intentionally bought a size smaller because I want to lose weight and dont want it to be loose the clips made it easy so I can zipper it up and the sticky flap allowed me to make it even tighter it doesn't slide up but it would be nice if they would make them longer

Absolutely love this sauna belt waist trainer corset for weight loss, work out or fitness. I bought the hook and eye closure in the medium size and I am glad I did. It fits on the first hook so I have two more adjustments where the zipper has no adjustments. I'm 122 lbs at 5'4 and it fit perfect on my torso with no problems unless I was sitting then it hurt my pelvic area a little. It definitely pushes the breasts up a little and the back support is great it helps with my slouching! I bought it for workout and fitness. It definitely makes you sweat a great deal more and I love that about it. I love everything about this product and I highly recommend it as ot does everything the description says.

This worked out perfectly. It was comfortable - there's a lining so that it's not itchy, the elastic wasn't too tight or too loose. I have nothing bad to say about this product. I bought a medium. My waist is 30 , my hips are 41 .

It might feel like it doesnt fit but you have to just do it one clip at a time. It will fit it's supposed to be tight and suck all the fat in I love it

I'm 5 8 147 lbs average built. I purchased a LG,it fit everywhere but my back it made me look like I boobs on my back. Order a xl very little back bulge.Will have to wear another shapewear to cover the seams in some of my dresses.

I put this on an threw my hands up because this is hands down the best brace I have found. The way it is constructed provides both vertical and horizontal support. I have better posture and my back also feels supported. I highly recommend this!
