I’m 5’1 154 lbs. I originally ordered a medium but was able to put it in the last row on the first try so I returned it. The small was delivered quickly, LITERALLY RECEIVED IT THE NEXT DAY, after returning the medium. I was worried about the trainer digging into my lower stomach/hips as that has happen with past trainers. This did not happen. This trainer is so comfy. The material is nice. I’m shocked. For the price I’ll be buying my extra small when the time comes.

Not gonna lie, I'm VERY impressed at the quality of this corset, considering its low price. I bought another corset of a different brand for around the same price and it broke on the first day I wore it! The material is heavy and durable, boning is good, and fits well. I wanted a corset, aside from fashion aspects, for the purpose of improving my posture and it's great at forcing me to correct my posture! It's also very comfortable! Amazing value for the cost!

I was searching through all of the different options for waist trainers on amazon and i came across this one that had mixed reviews about sizing. Im 5'9 150 pounds and wear size medium. I decided to go with the reviews that said to size up when I should have gotten my normal size. Size large was too big. It was creasing due to the extra fabric and didn't notice a difference at all. I got the thong and it was very uncomfortable and also the clasps on the crotch were scratching my lady bits. Im returning it but i think if it was the right size it would have been great
