I was 5'1 and 170 when I bought the xlarge. It fit great and is helping wonderfully. I use Vicks wraps under it and a few days a week a corset. I've lost about since buying it and recently ordered a large. The only thing I don't like is it bunches in the back because of my curves. But still a great waist trainer for the price and easy to hide under clothing.

Fits as suggested by size chart. Good quality material. I dont wear enough to see results but when I do remember to put it on my posture while sitting improves and I'm comfortable.

As soon as it arrived I pulled out one of my favorite dresses just see if it was going to do what I needed it to....and it did. Sucked the entire midsection in. It was hard to get in and even harder to get out of. The high opening on the hips paired with the fact that it’s a thong made almost no garmet line. I can’t wait to wear it out.

Fits better than I thought it would. Can't wait to start sweating in it to see how well it works. So far so good. EDIT: Works as expected, created sweat and no rolling. Stayed in place very welll.

If you were looking something that is going to literally suck everything in this is it! I want to head and got the size that I am which is a 10 I am five 2 1/2 away roughly 150 pounds I got it in a large but I probably should’ve gotten an extra large. But with that being said I’m not going to return it because I love the way it looks under my clothes. It literally ladies I’m telling you sucks everything in! I would buy the size that you are.
