Great quality and great price. I like that this is a full torso because it does help with posture and also fully helps with compressing your entire abdomen. Some reviews will say stay with the same size, but I would really recommend sizing down. I have a 34.5” waist so I should be XL. Ordered a large and didn’t have to wiggle around too much to get it on. Super happy!!

I had a pleasantsurprisse when my overcame a day early since it was for a dress specifically for Valentine's day. Once I got it open and fluffed put on my dress I was very pleased the underskirt is a bit flimsy so it kept riding up my legs . But old trick hair spray your pages or pantyhose as I did then it stayed down. I was really pleased with the length perfect for my dress.thank you from getting it here early

I really like this way strainer. It's comfortable and it's easy to use and it does not show through your clothes. After just one day I noticed it was easier to keep my stomach sucked in and I appeared smaller. You should definitely buy this! Just a small warning it is latex so if you're allergic you should not buy but everyone else one of the best waist trainers I've ever had.
