This thing works!!! I ordered this and got it on December 7th. Here we are a few months later and I’ve seen a 3” reduction on my waist. I only wear it Monday-Friday for 4-6hrs a day. (You have to season properly) and I’m ready to go down to a smaller size. My belly used to hang and now it doesn’t! My body is holding the hourglass with the trainer off too (you have to maintain or you permanently lose it). This trainer is blessed I have my confidence and shape back so in love, such a good price. I like the fact that there are so many bones in this trainer plus the material is high quality. You will want to wear layers/slightly thicker clothing so it's not visible beneath your clothing, but it gives great waistline.
