I am in love with my new waist trainer, based on the reviews I originally ordered a small. I am 5'8 169lbs regular size torso. The small fit me on the last row which meant that I had no room to shrink my waist at the small size. I returned and ordered a XS. I am use to having to wearing waist trainer so I can handle being snug not many can handle the snug fit but that is honestly the only way it will mold your waist after using for some months. FYI I use tank tops under so that the latex does not irritate my skin. I wear a size 7 in US Jeans and another helpful tip, It is also allowing me to sit up straighter than usual!

Like in the other reviews I had to order BIG so don't order in ur size! Go up about 3 sizes. I am 210 lbs and about 5'5 I have a very big stomic, I had a C-section about 10months ago and my body don't wanna shed its self of all this fat so I get spanks for the time being. I have alot of them and they don't seem to hold it's firmness threw out the day. This one is made better and stronger. I ordered a 3x. It was hard to put on but that's a good sign. I'm very happy and I'm not uncomfortable at all. It hides my back fat too. Now the thong goes up my coochie alil too far but nothing is digging into me cutting off circulation. I could this everyday if I wanted to but don't think I will be it's a b*tch getting on. If that part don't bother u then it's an everyday thing.

I'm 5'3 and 176 lbs. I order an xl cause the reviews I seen said order 1 or 2 sizes up from what size shirt you wear. When it came it was way too big and damaged. They sent me another one right out and let me get a medium instead and it fits tight like I think it should. No back fat poking out anywhere and it is actually helping with my back pain. It doesn't roll up at all and I can sit comfortably. I love it!

So I love this. I had brought another one previously but with only the clips same brand and I love that one too but it was a little to small I have to squeeze into it. It was also A XL. I’m 5’6 220lb. I wear a Xl in shirts so I got a Xl for the waist trainer based on the reviews. I have extra stomach and big breast. I knew the XL would fit but I didn’t want to squeeze into it. It fit tight but I didn’t have to squeeze into it, it’s still breathable. An XXL probably would fit just right. The XL looks good on me but it’s a little tight but sometimes I forget I have it on.

I am 5'9 1/2 weigh 200 lbs and ordered a small. I had no problem getting it on and fits perfect. I have a tall torso fits great in the front I have a little bit of back fat because it doesnt go high up enough on my back. I love it. I can breathe comfortably..not too tight

Change brands/makers and I just love this style a lot better than previous one I purchased. This one has additional spines and are metal vs. plastic. Had to buy a second one because I snagged it on something and the outside material started splitting. Otherwise it would still be going and have had it for a good 6 months or longer.
