This shaper is amazing! I have been wearing shapewear for about 6 years and have tried many kinds. None of them held me in the way this one does! For reference, I am 5'3 , 200 lbs and wear a size 12/14. I ordered the XL and glad I did. Having worn products like this I knew what to expect with breathing, eating, etc. but was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was even after eating a full meal! I could definitely wear this all day with no problems. As others mentioned, even a little moisture adheres the shaper to your body. A little baby powder helped me position just right. It gave me the perfect hourglass figure with a flat tummy! I will definitely buy more!

I am 5’2 & I weight about 150. I got a small because I know my waist will get smaller once I keep once using the waist trainer. It is a little hard to get into it the first time after that it gets easier and easier. I didn’t get a bigger size because my goal isn’t to get bigger and it would be a waist of money because soon I would need a smaller one. I carry most of my weight on my arms and thighs. I had a son about 2 years ago so I do have a bit of extra skin And a kangaroo pouch. Yes the fat does go out of the waist trainer but that’s normal as you go that will also disappear the fat starts going to different areas. TIP: ALWAYS TUCK IN YOUR GUT INTO THE WAIST TRAINER... UNLESS YOU ARE SKINNY THEN YOU ARE GOOD!! The quality of the waist trainer is better than others ones I’ve tried and this one is very affordable verses paying 65+. I do wear it for about 4 hours straight then I take it off and rest for about an hour and wear it again for another 4 I make sure I don’t go to sleep with it. THIS ISNT A MIRACLE MAKER!! YOU DO HAVE TO WORK OUT ASWELL THERES SIMPLE WORK OUTS YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO MINIMIZE THE BACK FAT. YOU CAN SIMPLE JUST TURN ON THE MUSIC AND DANCE IN YOUR LIVING ROOM!! THE GOAL IS TO SWEAT!!!!! GOOD LUCK LADIES HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

I love the hour glass figure this gives me ! I wear dresses on a regular basis i'm talking skin tight dresses or jumpsuits and I always wear this little guy underneath I'm already pretty small as it is but I love the defined shape I receive when wearing this. With thinner fabric you can see the corset more but I wear spandex and it helps cover.

Really good product. I don't wear it all the time since it actually not recommended for your internal organs. I was wearing it at my wedding. I could still, sit, dance and eat and it made me look event more amazing. I would probably use it after pregnancy as well

I literally wear this everyday. It helps me with the confidence I need after 3 kids. It’s not bulky when wearing it so can easily be worn under most items. If it is a thin or tight fitting piece, you may see the eye hooks. But I dress accordingly. Love it

First of all the packaging was on point and the fit material very high end! I ordered a Small and it fits perfect! Makes my waist look beautiful and thin!! Most definitely gonna place another for back up and the nude shade for when I wear light colors!! Highly recommend!!
