I suggest getting two sized down (not inches) from what your waist measurements are. The first one i got was the same as an XXL I returned and got the L, which is perfect for my waist training needs.

I have a curvy body so I usually have a hard time finding a sweat vest that works with my body. After ready reviews about the vest running small I decided to order a large instead of my usual medium... It was still snug on my breast but it does the job comfortably. K so I did so so so sooooooooooooo much research on waist trainers cuz I was very skeptical about buying one and I wanted to get one that was quality and really worked. I came across this one and it had the best reviews, so I went and looked at the measurements and according to the size chart it was saying that I should get a large or XL , but I read some of the reviews, and decided to go with a medium, and I am glad I did!! It fits great! I highly recommend getting a size smaller, a waist trainer is SUPPOSED to be tight. It was difficult to get the bottom latch on, on the furthest biggest setting (which is how it should be) so now I know I can work my way to the second and then to the first row, get full use out of this one, and eventually purchase the small! As far as quality goes, this thing is so great!! The material is great quality and doesn't ripple or roll, it just smoothes everything out and stays in place, it's not too short or too long for my torso. You can sit with it on, and it MAKES you have good posture, ain't no way in hell you'll be caught slouching while wearing this! Great back support, the boning is placed perfect, I wore is all day at work and it was super comfortable, Monday you I work on my feet all day and bend down and squat multiple times a day and it stayed in place and didn't fold or anything!! And once I took it off to go to sleep, I could already see a difference!!! I will be posting before and after pics in a month so everyone can see my progress!!! If you're looking to buy a waist trainer for the first time and you're unsure like I was, no matter what the reason is that you want it for whether it's back support, waist training, to get that hourglass shape, for working out, buy one!! It is great in all aspects! Such a good price and quality!! You won't regret it!!(:

This dress is AMAZING! It arrived in 2 days, perfect fit! Like it was custom built just for me. The quality of this dress is above all expectation for the price. Looks and feels like a dress 10x the price. I did not send in measurements. I'm 5'3 180lbs with 36C. The buttons on the back are beautiful, but there is a full zipper behind them-so easy to get on. Perfect dress.
