I got the XS. I am 5'3 and 123 lbs. I retain a lot of my body fat in my arms, belly, and back. When I first received it I was extremely frustrated with trying to get the hooks to latch but then I realized it was probably because I overshot on my size....It was super tight and I had a lot of belly fat. I couldn't even get it zip up on the third and farthest latch so I just left the hooks exposed every time I wore it. I'm on day 5 for my waist trainer schedule going on about 6-7 hours of wear a day, and I must say I am impressed. Today was the day I finally got it to zip up on the second (middle) notch! I've lost water weight (with the help of exercising and eating healthy of course) and have been seeing gradual results and noticeable belly suppression. With a healthy diet and workout regimen I think this product is going to be the most bang for your buck....The compression absolutely reduces your urge to eat in large quantities because of how uncomfortably tight in can get. Material is durable and better than expected and it has maintained its shape despite me having ran in it a few times already. Did not receive the same odor everyone has been talking about. This is amazing! I only started using it yesterday so I haven't seen any results but the fit and how much it hugs you is great. I was so worried about the other reviewers stating it's small that I got cold feet and bought a medium when I should have gotten a small. But the medium is ok, and the velcro should allow me to keep adjusting the straps for a tighter fit as my waist becomes smaller. It's great quality; the bones in the back help with posture and it is long enough to cover the entire tummy if you move it at least an inch away from your boobs. It's not heated so you won't work up much of a sweat but it helped keep my tummy in place while I exercised. Buy it, and get your true size.

I have purchased 3 items from this brand and each have been of top notch quality. Over the top satisfied with my purchases and continue to go back to their storefront to find other items. The sauna suit is great and holds me in the places i need it to hold. The quality is much better then others as the zipper and Velcro are substantial and really make the suit a tight fit. Unlike others there are no wires it is simply the thick material that allows the suit to work.

I got the medium after measuring my waist, the first time you wear it you feel like a sausage stuffed into a case. But you work up to a full day wearing it. I wear it all day at work and it helps with posture too! I'm now down after about a month and a half to the smallest setting and gearing up to getting the sm.

It’s is a great form fitting item, it hides my belly to perfection. Only issue it hurts in the crotch area (lady part). I’ll find a solution.

I liked this petticoat a lot. It was as full as I had hoped. It came vacuum packed and was flat when I took it out of the package, but I shook it out well, put it in the dryer on low for several minutes and it came out full and fluffy.

At first I was skeptical of the product until I actually tried it. Some of the trainers I tried were flimsy. Not this one! This waist trainer is made of a durable & thick material. Super comfortable to work out in. Also helps with posture. Absolutely recommend! I would say order 1 size up. For example, if you wear a medium, order a large.
