    I just received mine today and I put it on. I am a 5”3 165lbs and I bought a medium and it fits exact it could be and inch smaller. I only say that because I know that after I lose an inch or 2 off my belly I will need a small. I closed it on the very last hook so it can’t get any smaller. I will update my progress Edit: 2 days later I take back my first comment I have had this on for four consecutive hours now and it feels tighter now than when I first put it on. I feel like every time I sit down and get up it gets tighter which as weird as it is I love. I’ll keep the updates coming. It also forces me to sit up straight.

    This trainer is everything. Had to get help to have it zip up as it tight but once it was all zipped up, I became a curvy diva. Had it on for a few hours without exercising and sweat around the belly area. Can't wait to start working out and getting real results

    Have been using this for about a month now and I think it's doing it's job. Didn't realize how well until I pulled a pair of jeans out of my closet that hadn't fit in a while. Surprise they do now! It can be uncomfortable if you wear it too long at a stretch. Start off on the largest hook/ eye and go down after a few weeks. Comes with reading material on how to use.

    I bought this product to wear under a catsuit I got for halloween - The thong is a bit uncomfortable due to how TIGHT this thing is but that's the sacrifices we make to be beautiful XD. IT DOES ITS JOB. Curves are perfect, hourglass shape is wonderful and you can't tell you're wearing a shaper under the very tight catsuit I'm wearing. Love love love it!

    Fits perfect under my oten dress! I wear a medium usually, and this dress is a medium- but this petticoat is a large. It fits perfectly! My waist is 29 and my hips are 39, and I'm 5'5. Definitely follow the size chart, you can't go wrong. There's a silky slip underneath, and it keeps the scratchy bits of the petticoat away from your legs, while looking fantastic!
