Fit nice and snug. This is my second corset in a smaller size. They work nicely with proper use. Little tight to work out in. Worked best for me to put on after a ab workout and leave on for about 4-6 hours after. Not confortable to sit in but hey beauty is pain. Very fast shipping. Overall great product.

I have tried the corset type, the underwear kind, the kind that look like shorts, the full body straightjackets, you name it. This is the only waist cincher that is truly comfortable, can be worn all day without passing out, doesn't slip down or ride up, and won't ruin your wallet. I'm 5'3 and 162 lbs. (normally a women's size large/12) and I ordered the XXL and it fit perfectly. It's a little tricky to wiggle into but surprisingly comfortable once you sausage yourself into it. The fabric is very heavy and feels high quality. The best part is it comes all the way up under your ribcage and over your back fat but is a thong so there's no weird muffin pooches. You just look like you have a naturally stunning body. Fantastic! 5 stars! Couldn't be happier. I'll never use another shapewear.

I wear size 10 jeans and ordered XXL for $18.89. It fits well. I didnt expect much because of the price but after putting it on and using for days I can say it is a very good quality product. It doesn't irritate the skin even if I wear it the whole day. I will surely order again once I need to get a smaller size.

It is exactly what I have been looking for and I am absolutely in love! I purchased many different types for back support and this is the only one that gives support without cutting into my waist, is not hot, and overall comfortable to wear. They got it right with this product. I do wish I could find care instructions though, I am probably overlooking them.

*Updated review* I’m enjoying this waist trainer. Like most woman I’ve tried many different kinds and this one beats all of them. Pros: I can breaths and move! The hold and lift is excellent! The price is reasonable. I’ve worn this under clothes and it looks awesome! Cons: The zipper is the best and worst feature! After securing the corset if you’re not EXTREMELY careful you will pinch your skin and oh my does that hurt!!! Recommendations: You may need help putting this on the first time. Wear clear wrap under the waist trainer for maximum sweat or a tight shirt to protect against pinching your skin.

I started using this particular product in April! I’ve followed the usual recommendations for waist training. I started at a size XL and recently purchased the Small. My waist began at 36 and is now a 32. I love the results and have been exercising 3-5 days a week, but I don’t exercise with the trainer, I use the Sweet Sweat during my exercise time. Would recommend to anyone that struggles with getting their waist size down even though they’re exercising and eating better. One thing for sure is my results have been firm using this product, it has eliminated the soft hanging skin effect that usually come with weight loss.

This waist trimmer is the best one I have every owned. It does not fold or crease, it looks perfect under clothe giving me a more shaped waist. I normally wear a size medium in clothing, but looking at the size chart and measurements, I ordered an XL keeping my fingers crossed. I was so happy that i didn't order my normal medium size, because there was no way I was gonna fit into a medium. The XL fits just fine andit has there lines of hooks in case I need to go tighter.
