Fits great. I was shocked at how this actually works and keeps you in! I wasnt sure on size, i ordered both a large and XL just to be sure. The large was too small, but the XL fit perfect, i was on the 2nd row. I had for 3 weeks(not wearing everyday) and already moved to the large. I havent been dieting or excersizing and i feel this is still helping me lose inches. I am definitely going to start eating healthy and excersizing so i can see better results. Just for reference, i am 5’3 and 160lbs.

I weigh 169 pounds and was able to squeeze into a large. This is the best waist trainer I’ver ever bought. I feel like it is transforming my waist and making me look slimmer. I wear it for 8 hours a day (recommended). It holds up firmly and does not bunch up or roll down.

A petticoat is great for giving your dresses a little extra flair. I don't like exposing my petticoat, so I keep the waist band almost up to my bust line, which is fine. This is a good, cheap petticoat for a light poof under your dress.

Fits very well, bought larger size than I wear but it's perfect. Started sweating soon as I put it on. Rolling some because it's not right next to my skin, I have a tank in between and a pair of neoprene pants under. But my back area is soaked.

Feels great! Only con is that according to the size chart, I’m 5’5 weighing 213lbs, I would need a 3xl and that’s what I ordered but this is my first time wearing it and I’m already on second setting, I could easily go third(smallest) setting. I should have stuck to my instincts and ordered a 2xl instead! But the item itself is made of great quality! Very worth the money in my opinion!
