this product is sooo comfortable! i was supposed to get a small but i accidentally got an extra small and it is still very comfortable. other products that i have used like this have dented in to my right side because that side it more curved then my left but this didn’t do that at all. 100% recommend this for anyone looking for a waist trainer that is comfortable and does all the right things .

I ordered this as an XL at first as I am usually a size 14. It was way too small, but I also just had a baby a month ago. I ordered another one up a size and it is still somewhat small, yet I can get it on and it looks fabulous. It is very comfortable. I actually forget I am wearing it and it makes me look super curvy. I love it. The zipper is challenging to zip up but once it is on, it doesn't shift at all. It stays in place. You are able to see it under some clothing but not all. The zipper in the front bulges out a bit. But overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

This had got to be tighest thing I've ever put on my body. It's literally a workout getting it buttoned up, but OMG I look so good when it's on! I wish my waist looked like this all the time! It definitely squeezes you, but not enough to be painful. It forces you to have good posture too. Personally, it feels good to have that support around my midsection. The corset itself is really sturdy and is pretty good quality. You never really know with Amazon, but this thing is pretty good.

I love this thing! When I first got it it was hard to buckle but after wearing it a couple times I Buckle it to the tightest one. I wear this to work (12+ hours a day) and I wear it when I work out in the mornings. Or when I longe around. I have seen a decrease in my waist size and my posture has gotten so much better. I sit all day at a desk so this really helps me not slump all day and my back feels so much better. 10/10 would recommend

195lb Ordered a lg.. Works wonders.. I look great in it def enhances my curves BUT it is extremely tight like uncomfortably tight... A headache to get on and off.. Unable to wear a sleeveless shirt because of the way the straps are too far apart. Good thing you can remove the straps..Thong part is super uncomfortable very tight. You have an uncomfortable wedgie every time.. It makes you look so good at times I take the chance being uncomfortable just so i can look great in my dress lol

I hope my review can help someone else make a more informed purchase, because like what another reviewer said, the reviews are all over the place with regards to sizing. Yes, the size chart is off, so I am a little surprised that they wrote in their description to ignore reviews and use their size chart. My waist is 36 (your waist is the more narrow part of your midsection!) so according to their chart I should get a 3xl. After reading reviews I decided on a 2xl. So I try it on and I was able to hook it on the last row of hooks, which is a waste of time and money because what you want is for it to be tight on the first row and to gradually move to the last row as your waist adjusts itself with the cincher. If it is not tight when you put it on, you will not cinch your waste. What's the point? Well, I returned it for the XL and it does fit tightly on the first row of hooks. After a couple weeks I can move to the next row and so on. With time, I can get the the large next. I was wearing a corset but I prefer this product because of it's flexibility. It isn't as hard as a corset and it doesn't require lacing, so it is more efficient while still getting a reduced waist (but keep in mind if you want a more extreme reduction in your waist you should use a traditional corset but they are not easy to move in). Well, I put on the XL and my waist went from 36 to 34 instantly (see pic). I can breath, I'm not uncomfortable. You can see it under thin tight clothes so you might need to wear looser or thicker shirts. Only thing that I don't like is that it pushes my boobs up a lot and that kind of hurts the area underneath them, not gonna lie. But it's not a deal breaker. So with that said, get one that is gonna be tighter on you, maybe buy two and return the one that doesn't fit. I got my money back the instant the mail man scanned the code on the return label! And with prime shipping it's not a hassle.
