    Was no problem putting it on. I didnt have to tug. Fastening the snaps took a little time but is workable just hold in your tummy. Am really pleased with this purchase. I wanted something to slim me down while I lose a few pounds. I have made many purchases of this type of product and was never able to get them pass my knees. Not the case here. I am able to sit down and still breathe. It is comfortable. Give it a try. I got an xlarge. I have the panty version.I wear a size 12.

    I cannot say enough great things about this body shaper! I'm 5'4 110lbs, and ordered the extra small. I'm also 46 years old and though thin, nothing is where it used to be and thanks to genetics I carry extra weight in the middle. I ordered the zip up boy short shaper in nude and not only does it flatten my stomach, it gives me a waist!! My confidence is way up and it's so nice not to have to suck in my stomach in public. I'm also shocked by how comfortable it is compared to any other I have tried in the past. Will be ordering this in black also!!

    I love this waist-trainer! It's comfortable enough to sleep in, and tummy-tucking enough to clearly be making a difference even after a short period of time. I have a size 31''- 32'' waist, and am presently wearing the size Medium. It's a comfortably secure fit on the loosest setting, which gives me the initial tightening power I need, with room to down-size. It's improving my posture, tightening my stomach muscles, and giving me a sense of security throughout the day. Very confidence building. I went with other people's advice initially, and got a size up from what was recommended on the actual sizing scale presented on this page (as it was said this product ran small). Hogwash, imo. You need a good cinch to get good results, and the size X-Large I bought was definitely too roomy, even on the lowest setting. I returned my product with much anxiety, as it was my first time EVER returning a product through the mail. No muss, no fuss. Got my money returned, and the second waist trainer I purchased came to me in no time at all. I'm pleased with the durability/ quality of this item, the polite e-mail communication and customer service, return policy, and time of delivery. I highly recommend getting this if you're just starting out on the waist-training regimen.

    I received my new waist trainer today and I immediately tryed it on I'm 158lbs I ordered a small at first I could buckle it up but was not able to zip it up so I returned it Amazon sent me my refund within a week of the return and I order a medium I love it great quality .
