I in love with this waist trainer. At first I thought I purchased it too small but it's perfect. I'm a size 228 and ordered a size 3 xl. The best way to put it on is to pull it up high and start buttoning the claps and pull down as you work your way up.

I ordered this in a small based on the chart size. I bought it to bring down my lower tummy fat and so far it's worked wonders. I've had it for a week now and I'm already on the 3rd row, but I did start off with the 2nd first. I had my first child a year ago so my posture and body didn't looked the same so I got it help that too. I did not take any measurements so I did it based on my pre pregnancy measurements. Here are my measurements that I went based on. Height: 4'10 Waist: 27in Weight: 110-115lbs My torso isn't small or long but the product is a little longer than my torso. It still works wonders for me since I know it'll help shape my tummy and love handles. Most likely going to have to get an XS in a few weeks since I'm already on the 3rd row.

Great garment for smoothing you out arrived a day late tho. I ordered a XL in tan I’m 5’5 190-ish I could have gone with a large tho the XL is comfortable holds me in all the problem area. I just had a baby so I’m trying to work off this extra belly. Overall I’m use to wearing shape wear so I could have went a size down for maximum hold but XL is fine for now I will be ordering the Large once I lose a little more weight. The thong area is a little awkward but I make it work only because there is a bra strap attachment into you legs. Overall still a good shape wear!

Is great and the quality is really good but to what I wanted it runs big, I have got the size small and I usually wear size 4 and even though gives me an hour glass figure I feel I have room left as it is not tight enough, anyhow I love it so I have it to my sister 100% recommend and I hope they would made it smaller

Great Waist Cincher Trainer. Bought a second one. I've noticed that some reviewers with pictures showing it damaged. But, if you look closly, it's not the same band. Because it doesn't show the little black tag front bottom right FIRM V ABS .
