Order 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. Size is for chest, waist is adjustable. Comfy. Only complaint, the vest is short and doesn't cover the fupa. So you need an extra sweat band for that. The vest needs to be an inch or 2 longer. But excellent quality.

I just received this today but I'm already certain I like it! It fits nicely and comfortably. It took awhile to get on and I was pretty sure I wouldn't get it on but I did eventually. I wear a Medium in clothes and a 6 in pants. I weight 145. It feels great on my back, I feel like I'm fully supported

I decided to try it out because I wanted an hourglass figure but couldn’t achieve it no matter how hard I exercised/dieted. So far it’s great, the only “down side” is the first time you try it on, it’ll be a bit difficult to get it on and it may be uncomfortable. I got an xs and I’m 5’2, 123 lbs (mostly muscle), 27/28 inch waist. I say try it because you may be surprised with the results☺️ **Something to keep in mind - some people will say waist training is “unhealthy” or “bad for your organs because it will shift it” but if you do your research, it isn’t bad if you use it the correct way. Know your measurements and get the right one instead of trying to squeeze yourself into a size that isn’t right. Once you get smaller, then move down sizes**
