Ok I still gave it 5 stars because the trainer itself feels good although I cannot fit it. Had I got it 2 sizes bigger I would’ve been alright. I took it as a push as far as my weight loss goes. As I lose inches I always try to fit in it to see if I’m getting closer . The item is too small but if it were to fit it would be good. As time goes by I’ll get in it

I am 5'8 and 180lbs, and i got the size large.If you can get past it riding your lady parts i would recommend. Looked good in my pattern dresses and took off a few inches with my jeans.
