I ment to order a medium but accidentally ordered a small an it was quite sung the 1st 2 times I wore it an was a bit itchy but now even tho it's on the most loose hooks it's very comfortable! I'm 5'3 with a short torso an DDD boobs. It gives my boobs a ridiculous boost but that's nothing to complain about. Being a mom of 2 young kids an trying to get back in shape an get my old hourglass shape back this seems to be the perfect product. I only wear mine a couple hours a day 4 or 5 days a week an seems to be helping me shrink back down. A long with exercise this will get me where I want to be in no time! I dont advise using it while working out but is fine to throw on rite after that an showering. It's very sturdy an great quality for the price.

Only downfall is that I didn't listen to the reviews about ordering a size down. I will have to order a small soon but I love the fit and great quality. The pink also is very pretty in person. Unless you have a really really big stomach then you should size down. Just got it today and I am already comfortably on the 3rd row.

This was a great purchase. I originally got. A 2x which was way too small. Exchanged that for a 3x and that was still small so ended up with a 4x finally (I’m 5’4”, 230lbs). The first week I only wore it 3 out of 7 days and noticed a difference in my stomach. I don’t work out and hadn’t changed my diet but I wa sweating a lot in it. I lost 5 pounds in 7 days! My stomach seemed smaller in my shirts and it was such a good feeling. The next week I wore it 4/7 days and lost another 3lbs and 1/2 inch off my waist. I highly recommend measuring yourself with a tape measure to see what size you are and then going a size up. It comes a little small. But I’m already on the second hooks and am so happy with the results!!!

Can i say i loved the fit! It fits perfect very comfortable i usually fit in large but i bought xl because i seen that it may fit snugged.I was a bit nervous about the fit when it came in the mail.I would def love to buy this in a tan color!!

I read the reviews & look at the pictures of this sweat vest so I order one. I LOVE IT! I haven’t worked out in it yet just wore it at work & it still makes me sweat so I can imagine if I really work out in it. I’m 5’4 195lbs I ordered a XL & it fits perfect.

I am a size 18/20. I ordered a 2xl as I didn't really have time to try sizes. It was bigger in the waist than I expected. I was able to wear it with out a problem. And it easily could be taken in to fit me as I am on a weight loss journey. It is a nicely made and could easily be worn out if that is the look you are going for. I would recommend this product.

I have been wanting a waist trainer for awhile now but I didn’t want to pay $60+ dollars for my first one. So I found this and I love it! I read all of the reviews on here saying “to order up” and “Oder down” I winged it based off my clothing size and reviews. I ordered a Large. I’m 5’5 140 pounds and I wear a size M/L in shirts and 6 in jeans. Since my shirts are mostly medium I went with a Large. I read in someone’s reviews saying the medium was way too tight and who’s around my size so I went up to Large and it fis on the first row. I can’t wait for it to go down to the third!
