I purchased this waist trimmer at 2 weeks postpartum, and it has done wonders along with dieting and working out. My waist has shrunk, and I can no longer fit the belt, which is now too large. I purchased an extra large, and 3 weeks later I loved my results. I now have merged from the waist trimmer to a latex waist trainer, and I purchased this one in a Large, which runs way smaller than the trimmer. Overall this is a great product that works for the cost.

I'm 5'3, so this came to a few inches below knee on me, which was great. The top elastic was strong enough to hold it in place, it didn't roll down at all, and it wasn't so tight it felt like I was being sawn in half.

I am 5' 4, a size 8, 36D and I ordered a Large. It fit perfectly. The only small defect I would call it ... would be the panty clip area has one side too thick with stitching and I can feel it rubbing on my thigh. OTHER than that it's perfect.

I bought a size medium, for my weight and height, they suggested an extra large, medium fits perfect. The only complaint I have is that it is like a regular course it, you get one hook in and the other one pops out, I have hooked them all together and pulled it up over my hips.

Let me preface this review with the following statement. The answer to the question : do I really need this? The answer is always YES. So let’s start with the basics. I’m 165cm (you donthe conversions) and about 140lbs. I bought this onesie to wear whilst engaging in active sports such as skiing and climbing. I bought the large to fit over ski clothing and I had read the cuffs were tight and with muscular legs I wanted to ensure I had room to move. I imagine it may be a little big when not wearing Ski gear but I’m ok if I have to buy another one for those sports
