Yes, it's a petticoat ... but the stitching and finishing is so good that I actually have been wearing this on its own as a fun skirt. Lots and lots of compliments! The stretchy upper panel makes it comfortable too. Some reviewers mentioned the inside solid-fabric layer riding up on them ... I ordered just a tiny bit large and have not had this issue at all. Yay!

Does whats its supposed to do which its make you sweat i am a medium ordered it on my size and it fit so its true to size i think you should order up if you have bigger breasts because i have small chest and it fits pretty snug very satisfied with my order

I look so good in all my skin tight dresses. I ordered a 2X, but since then dropped a few pounds, but still wear the 2X. I could probably go a size down, but you still want to feel comfortable and be able to breathe, so I would say stay with your normal size or go a size up to be on the safe side
