I usually wear a Medium. I'm 5'5 and 140 lbs. I ordered a medium and it was too small. Definitely size up one. I was able to get it on and it did what it was supposed to do, but it was just way too tight. I'm reordering a large because it is a great quality.

Purchased the one with the boy shorts. Height 5'4, and roughly 180-190 pounds. Ordered a XL, it is a bit larger than I expected. I do have the chips that are shown on the last set of holes and it's perfect for now. But will see within time it getting to big for the actual purpose of it. It does wonders for my back! With being a heavier chest, it helps keep my back in a position so I don't have any issues throughout the day(10hr shifts at work), noticed within the first week of wearing it! It does give a seamless look under different clothes, giving off a great hourglass figure for myself. I'm quite happy with the purchase and do recommend for a simple under garment with multiple purposes. Also, makes the my brazier stay in place too. No random wardrobe adjustments!

I really like this waist trainer. Very high quality, thick material. It's tight, but that's the whole point of wearing it. I had some difficulty fastening it on my first attempt and wound up pre fastening the middle section, stepping into it and sliding it up my legs. I could then hook the rest of it. After wearing a couple of times, it broke in enough to fasten it normally, while still compressing my core. One thing to note... if I fasten it and then pull it up, it creates a weird roll of skin on my back. I found that it looks much better to place it very high, then tug it down some. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I'm 5'1 and 100lbs I have a very boxy figure and wearing this gives me a nice hourglass figure. I got a size xxs based on the size chart and not going to lie it's pretty snug and a bit difficult to get on. After it's on it's actually quite comfortable more so than I imagined. Made very nicely and a great material!!!
