I'm exactly 5ft tall and 140lbs, I bought a medium in nude (thong) and it was kind of hard to get into but once it's on it's pretty comfortable and fits good. It keeps that mommy tummy nice and tucked in! Love it! The material is pretty soft too.

I just tried mine on today an Loveee! It feels soo good. I'm 5'3 150 and ordered a Large. The matrial feels good and not them bulky wires that other shapers have. Even when i sit down it keeps me erect great posture especially when I work since being remote. I'm on the 2nd latch which was comfortable for me now. Its a 4sure buy! My guy didn't know that I had it on just asked me was I losing weight...that's motivation for sure! I was surely sceptical but glad I purchased.

I love it. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. Make my tummy flatter in a already tight jumpsuit. Making my butt look plumper was extra. The only uncomfortable part was the crotch area, I actually wore lace boyshorts with it. The shaper does make your stomach sweat but you will not notice while your wearing it. I will buy again.
