    *Product came 2 days before designated delivery date.* 5ft4 , 155 lbs, ordered large.*Product is comfy, lightweight, supports back & posture (impossible to sit or stand with a slouch).*Snatches waistline too. Overall it's a great trainer.*Just get it!!!

    So I brought a large....... omg it smooth out my stomach area but didn’t flatten my stomach. It took me 30-45 min to take it off. The buttons at the crouch area will bother you a bit if it’s to fitted.

    Upon purchasing I read quite a few reviews and also measured myself according to the size chart. I should have went with what the size chart said but I read the review of someone who was of a similar size as me. I should have gotten the 2x but I bought the 3x instead. It does fit but I’m on the last set of hooks so I have no more room to tighten the waist trainer, I am about 5’8” and 175 to 180lbs. The thing that surprised me the most was how comfortable this was! I was able to sit, bend, and move around pretty easily which surprised me. The only complaint I had about the entire thing was the top didn’t fit as tight as the bottom so my shirts and stuff would get stuck in the top as I moved and I would have to pull my shirt out or you could tell what I was wearing. Overall it’s definitely worth a try and I really liked it.

    I loved it, it really was looking for this. Somehow you have to try to shape the body, and with exercise, healthy food is often not enough. I love taking care of myself.
