Fits like a glove,Literally ! Very comfortable and easy to put on. Holds all the loose muscles in and actually supports my back . Love that I can wear my own bra. If you need to use the restroom , no problem! I usually wear size medium in dresses and a medium in this fits great!

This product has changed my life. I had 3 kids and carried my babies very large. I have diastasis recti muscle separation and i always look 6 months pregnant. I have a small frame so people always think I am pregnant and they ask constantly. I have tried other shapewear with no luck, some very painful to wear and others just dont do anything for my issue. I ordered this in desperation and I have never felt better. It corrects my poor posture and pushes in my stomach. It is so comfortable that I could wear it everyday and I am finally not in pain like I was in the other ones. I am 5'4 and 150 pounds and small is snug but just right for me.

Great perfect fit nice and tight material and strong the rubber is in between the cloth so it's not touching your skin and making you irritated. U sweat a little in garment but not a nasty sweat. Holds you in nice doesn't seem like it's gonna stretch after couple wears.

I'm 5 7, 130lbs and bought a medium. This is the best corset/waist trainer I have tried so far. I wore it all day, went to the gym, and the sauna. It had minimal discomfort and it did not slip and slide during my work out. I think the way the hooks are designed makes bending activities such as driving and sitting at a desk more comfortable. The boning is pliable enough not to painfully dig into your thighs or breastbone like most trainers with this type of support. I wore it under a tight fitting dress and the lining was only slightly noticeable. I liked it so much I bought another one in small. note: If you have allot of mid section fat... make sure you're careful zipping up. Can catch your skin if you're not careful. Just pull it out more when zipping.
