This is the second time buying it... The first time was a shot in the dark, so I had to take a leap of faith and went with an XL... BUT THIS TIME BABE!!! Lemme tell you I knew exactly what I was going for this time. Im 5'6 and weigh 150#'s and im a mom of 2. I will work in this thing and sleep in it, but I wont work out in it. It will stretch just a tiiiny little bit so i decided to swing for a medium. It fit right out of the pack on the last clasp so in about a month of continuous wear... I should be able to close to the second clasp. For the price it is 100% worth it.

Honestly I use this everyday for a back support at work. I am either sitting down or standing all day and this completely fixes my posture and pain associated with slouching all day. Sitting up straight is starting to become natural for me after using this so much. At the end of the day when I take it off my tummy looks tight and firm. Love this!

I have bought so many different brands of waist trainers, and all of them were either way too small, or too big to get a snug fit. This is is perfect!
