This is the best waist trainer I've ever had! It's not super uncomfortable or restrictive. I wear panties with my because the thing kills! And I don't want to have to wash the bottom snaps everyday. I'm 5'10 220 lb size 14 and an XL is perfect for me. I can't wait till it's time to downsize.

I ordered this to go under a 50's dress for a party and for a bridesmaids dress to give it some fluff. I normally wear a xlarge dress and ordered a medium in this because I wanted it to be tight. It is perfect: not so tight I can't get into it but tight enough were it's not noticeable.

I just took my first run in suit!!. Although I typically run in the early mornings and can vreak a good sweat, I decided to take a later run when the sun was higher while wearing the suit! I felft awesome and secure and had a really good sweat. I ordered a medium but could have gotten a small for a more snug fit. I also like the cell phone pouch. I can never keep up with my ear buds or arm band, so this suit was excellent in providing a space to securely and inconspicuously carry my phone. And I didn't need my ear buds. Great garment!!. I may order a small and give the medium to my sister.
