I've gained a lot of weight recently, so I bought both the small (which I probably would have needed before) and the medium (after reading people's comments to go. with. your. true. size). That was good advice! The small was WAY too small and I couldn't even get it on, but the medium worked. There is some work involved sliding it up, you'll have to maneuver and dance a little. But once it was on, it was ON. No rolling down from the top, no shifting around, no scrunching up. It stayed perfectly in place for me, and made the bridesmaid dress I wore look awesome! This is the first shapewear item I've ever purchased, and it lived up to my hopes and expectations. Would purchase again.

Love! love ❤️! love! I've literally been paying $70 before so this is a great deal. great material I'm 5'6 about 175 I gotta small it fits great. Only because I'm very experienced with waist training and based upon the last brand and size I had I'm making myself get a small lol. At first I received the wrong item but once I contacted the seller they were great about fixing the issue. They told me to keep the wrong item and they'd send me the correct waist trainer. I got it today right before an even I wanted to wear a tight dress to and I was excited to try it out. It worked GREAT size was perfect. I did bust a sweat putting it on but that's ok because it was well worth it. It did not roll up or feel uncomfortable I sat up nice and straight at the event because of this so that was a plus! Love it!
